Wisconsin is best known for cheese and the Super Bowl 45 Champion, Green Bay Packers! Green Bay is easily the smallest NFL market sitting north of Milwaukee. The MLB Brewers and the Milwaukee Bucks share the popular Wisconsin city of Milwaukee. East of the big city Madison is home to the Wisconsin Badgers and there many popular teams. If you find you way to the western side of the state you will an occasional WWE match in Eu Claire, but the heart of the action is near Milwaukee on the Eastern side of the state.

Milwaukee Events

Milwaukee is the place to be for entertainment. For theater events, you should check out the Milwaukee Theatre or the Uihlein Hall Marcus Centerwhere you can see Rock of Ages, Beauty and the Beast, Jersey Boys, or Les Miserables. The Wisconsin State Fair holds some concerts every year like Big Time Rush, MC Hammer, and Jeff Dunham acts. You can find other great concerts and comedy acts at venues like Riverside Theatre, Bradley Center, Eagles Ballroom, Pabst Theatre, Pitman Theatre, and Marcus Amphitheatre.

Milwaukee Brewers

The Brewers traded for 2009 Cy Young winner Zach Greinke in the offseason, and bolstered the rotation even further by acquiring the very reliable Shaun Marcum. Those two will pair with Yovani Gallardo to form the best 1-2-3 combination in the NL Central. The offense looks to be one of the most potent in all of Major League Baseball, with All Stars Prince Fielder, Ryan Braun, Rickie Weeks, and Corey Hart leading the way. Alpine Valley Music Theatre

Alpine Valley is a popular outdoor amphitheatre located in East Troy, WI. Full capacity is 37,000 with 7,500 reserved seats in the pavilion and the rest is general admission lawn seating. You can see many big summer concert tours come through here like Jimmy Buffett, Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam, Rush, Phish, Jack Johnson, and many more.

Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks

Packers - The Green Bay Packers play their home games in Green Bay, WI at Lambeau Field. The Packers are the Champions for Super Bowl 45, so it will be exciting for all Packers fans to see their team defend their title. Bucks - The Bradley Center in Milwaukee is the home court for the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks have an on and off again history with a few relevant runs in or to the playoffs.

Wisconsin Badgers

Badgers Basketball - Wisconsin has their work cut out for them, but never count the Badgers out. Wisconsin is known for its consistency year to year in the conference. Head out to the Kohl Center to watch all the great Big Ten action. Badgers Football - If college football is more up your alley, check out the Badgers at their home field in Madison, WI at Camp Randall Stadium. The Badgers will once again fight to be the Big 10 champs.
